Panamanian professional with an outstanding career of more than 36 years in the Panama Canal, holding important senior management positions such as Vice President of Technology – CIO; and Director of Cybersecurity – CISO, as well as management positions in Systems Development, Corporate Networks and Telecommunications, Strategic Planning, and Management of Technological Services and Operations. Currently, I work as a Senior IT Consultant (Information Technology and Cybersecurity) at the firm “Asesores Corporativos de Panamá” and as Director of Consulting and Special Projects for a prominent local company; I am also a Higher Education Professor for over 25 years in local and international universities. As part of my community involvement, I am President of APEDE – Chapter of Azuero, and President of the “Patronato de Servicio Social Nacional”of Panama.
