Regular Professor with more than 35 years at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. Consultant in logistics, supply chain, optimization, simulation, strategic planning for IDB, CAF, AID, GTZ. Coordinator of the Advanced Semiconductor Technology Center Project of the Technological University of Panama. Consultant in the PNLog of Panama and in the National Logistics Strategy 2030. As Director of Management and Transfer from Oct 2014 to Feb 2018 coordinated the Patentable Technological Innovation project with the support of CAF to make UTP the first Ibero-American university in the top 50 ranking of universities with more PCT patent applications. Impacting the UTP, the country and the region. PISA 2009 Project Manager. June 2007- August 2009, Visiting Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) September- December 2009. Lead researcher at the Center for Research and Innovation in Logistics and Supply Chain (CIILCA) of the School of Industrial Engineering with publications in high impact journals.
