Alejandro Carbonell Adames is a leader in innovation and entrepreneurship, recognized for his impact on economic and social development in Panama and the region. As the Director of Innovation at the Ciudad del Saber Foundation, he strengthens the startup ecosystem and promotes inclusion by supporting social and women-led ventures. Alejandro is also a consultant, speaker, professor, and mentor in entrepreneurship and innovation. He co-founded the startup Tutorez, expanding educational opportunities across seven countries, and is a founding member of Jóvenes Unidos por la Educación, where he teaches advocacy projects to young leaders across Panama.
