Stanley A. Motta is a Latin American business leader, investor and philanthropist.
Mr. Motta built and oversees a broad portfolio of companies that successfully compete throughout Latin America. With his family, he is a lead investor in Copa Airlines’ parent company (NYSE: CPA); Banco General; ASSA Compañía de Seguros; MKH Capital Partners, Motta Internacional; as well as other companies in the real estate, retail, telecom, media, technology, transportation and other industries. Mr. Motta is Chairman of the Board of Inversiones Bahía (the Motta family office), Copa Holdings, Grupo ASSA, TVN Media and Sumarse, Panama’s local network promoting corporate social responsibility and the UN Global Compact. He also serves on the boards of various portfolio companies.
