Netanel (Nati) Cohen is the CyberIL end IBC board chairman. Before, Nati was the Director-General of the Israeli Ministry of Communications. Nati is a (ret.) Brigadier General at the IDF; his last position was Chief communication and information technology officer. Nati held numerous strategic positions during his service. He led the IDF's digital transformation: strategic planning and execution of budget planning, cyber defense, communication, and computerization, and Established the Cyber Defense Division. In the Ministry of Communications, Nati led essential reforms, including an outline for deploying optical fibers in Israel and the G5 tender. Nati led the concept of cyber protection for the communication sector in Israel and the establishment of the sectoral soc within the national Cert. In the "Iron Sting" war, he volunteered for a long reserve service and led the establishment of the network control center which assisted multi-dimensional warfare through the digital. Nati holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree
