Dovi Eisenman

CEO, Grupo Fci, Panama

Dovi Eisenman is a Panamanian entrepreneur with extensive experience in the logistics, technology, and business sectors. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Colón Free Zone Users Association (AUZLC), leading initiatives to modernize, digitize, and enhance the competitiveness of the Free Zone. He is also a Board Member of the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) and a member of the National Council of Foreign Relations (CONAREX), contributing to Panama’s strategic development in trade and diplomacy.

He is the CEO of Grupo FCI, a business conglomerate specializing in logistics, distribution, e-commerce, transportation, customs, and project management. His leadership has been instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency and expanding market reach in Panama and beyond.

In the social sphere, he serves as President of Fundación Voluntad Panamá, an organization dedicated to providing assistance and resources to vulnerable communities through social and educational programs. He has also built a strong presence in traditional and digital media, producing content with social and educational impact. He is the creator and host of “Brilla por Ti”, a program focused on social aid, and “Café con Dovi”, where he shares entrepreneurship strategies, leadership insights, and life and business advice.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Degree in International Transport Logistics, and a Master’s Degree in Multimodal Transport Logistics Management. His expertise has led him to participate in various boards, including the Panamanian Association of Freight Agencies (APAC), the Consultative Committee of the Logistics Cabinet, the Executive Committee of the Panamanian Red Cross, and as an instructor in international logistics training programs such as Trainmar.

Additionally, he has been a speaker at logistics, international trade, and digital transformation forums. His strategic vision and commitment to innovation have positioned him as a key figure in the modernization of Panama’s logistics and commercial ecosystem.

On a personal level, he is a commercially licensed helicopter pilot, reflecting his passion for aviation and mastery of advanced technical skills.
