Henry Kardonski Henry Kardonski is CEO of London and Regional Panama, Master Developer of Panama Pacifico Special Economic Area. A public-private alliance and a sustainable urban ecosystem for people and businesses to thrive. The Panama Pacifico project master plan, over 40 years, contemplates the creation of a development hub on the pacific side of Panama, linked to the intermodal system and the Panama Canal. This sustainable city is planned for up to 100 thousand residents, 30 thousand homes, 40 thousand jobs, civic and recreational spaces. Since 2008 the development has grown to more than 4,500 residents, more than 1,500 students in 5 prestigious schools, the generation of more than 10,000 jobs and the attraction of more than +406 multinational, regional and local companies to Panama Pacifico Kardonski holds a master's degree in finance and marketing from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of Brandeis University. He has extensive experience in banking, real estate, and logistics.
