Manager, Cybersecurity and Intelligence, Mastercard Central America and the Caribbean, Mastercard, Costa Rica
Raúl is responsible for Mastercard's Cybersecurity and Intelligence products and services for Central America and the Caribbean. He has over 28 years of experience in the financial, services and technology sectors. He has held leadership roles at transnational companies such as Acer, Unisys, PwC, BAC Credomatic and Mastercard. He has been an advisor and spokesperson on cybersecurity for the Costa Rican Banking Association. He leads the Cybersecurity Nexus program of ISACA and the Industrial Cybersecurity Center of Spain for Costa Rica. He has additionally collaborated with the Organization of American States, training Latin American government personnel in cybersecurity, as well as in the development of public policy proposals for Latin American parliaments.
