Luis Ricardo Oliva Ramos Luis Ricardo Oliva Ramos, is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer graduated from The Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá (Technological University of Panama). He is currently the advisor of the National Authority for government Innovation. He has won several awards and recognitions nationally and internationally for his projects based on information and communication technology. In 2018, his biography appeared in the book “Un mundo lleno de futuro” (A world full of future) of the Inter-American Development Bank, where he excelled as one of the 10 technology-based success stories in Latin America. In the same way, he stood out as Winner of the most innovative company in Panama, an award offered by the chamber of commerce, Industries and agriculture of Panama, and SENACYT (National secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation) in 2012 and an Entrepreneur Recognition of greater impact in the 20 years of SENACYT in 2011. Luis Ricardo Oliva Ramos also won the City of Knowledge award for the “Development of Innovative Pilot Projects” in 2009; and Winner of the European Union prize for technological innovation in the category of new information and communication technology projects of EUROPEAID in 2008.
