Ing. Marco Edmundo Sancho is an engineer in Computer Systems Technology, graduated from the International University of Ecuador with extensive experience in managing plans, programs and ICT and telecommunications projects, currently he works as Undersecretary of State - Electronic Government, in the Ministry of Telecommunications and the Information Society, he has served as Vice Minister of Telecommunications in the same portfolio of State and as General Manager of the National Telecommunications Corporation, among other positions.
